最根本的区别是：much是用来修饰比较级的,而more是用来表示比较级的\r\n比如：\r\nthe school library is more newer than yours和our classroom is much brighter than thers\r\n这两个句子是错的,应该说成the school libary is newer than yours 或者是the school library is much newer than yours.\r\n因为new并不是多音节的形容词,所以不用more来表示比较级的,new 是单音节的词,它的比较级应该是后面加er,应为newer,可以用much修饰,表示程度.\r\n只有三音节或者三音节以上的形容词才用more 表示,比如说bright,就是三音节的词,它的比较级就应该是more bright
